Communication is 🔑 I tell every single one of my homeowners: “The more questions you ask, the more comfortable you feel. The more comfortable you feel, the smoother this goes and the easier my job is.” Consistently updating your customer on progress of their purchase is so major in really any industry. The more informed and educated they are, the better they feel about the purchase they made. #3 through 10 of 2023. Q1 was a wild one!Closed my final few houses at Creekside Crossing as my partner PM closes up shop over the next couple months and we hand over the final model back to the homeowner. Went Ranchin’! Took over several ranch homes that had been started by another PM at Castlewood Fields just down the road who had decided to leave the company. Then moved on to another very busy Single Family/Town Home community in Cecil, PA. Blessed for the work, for the opportunity, the education, and the connections I’ve made both in the industry as well as homeowners over the crazy past 3 months.
